Kristen Merchant, LPC
Kristen has been practicing as a licensed therapist for the last 6 years and has been in the field of mental health for over a decade. Kristen has experience working in various levels of care such as residential, PHP/IOP, outpatient, and partial care, using an eclectic approach to help clients manage symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Adjustment Disorders etc. With a love for working with adolescents/teens and adults of all ages, Kristen’s goal is to always provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for clients to sort through life’s ups and downs.

Michelle Gregory, LCSW
Michelle has been working as a mental health practitioner for over 10 years. Originally working in Pennsylvania and then taking clients in New Jersey once she was fully licensed. She will start taking individual therapy clients in March 2025.
Michelle has experience working with the following concerns:

- Severe Anxiety
- Trauma Disorders
Michelle commonly supports adults & teens with:
- Psychoeducation
- Teaching emotional regulation techniques (like Mindfulness)
- Providing a safe space to process difficult emotions
- Enhancing knowledge of coping mechanisms
